How much does a monthly website cost?
The website design fee is $0 upfront, with a paid subscription starting at $150/month and a six-month minimum commitment. We’ll confirm the scope and monthly price before the project begins. The complete service is not free.
What happens if I cancel?
The subscription has a six-month minimum commitment. Subscription websites are agency-owned and are not transferable upon cancellation. We’ll explain the cancellation process in your agreement before you commit; no additional cancellation terms are promised here.
Are edits included?
The monthly plan includes unlimited content edits, hosting, and maintenance. Tell us what needs updating. Custom features, integrations, SEO services, and copywriting can be discussed separately as add-ons.
Do I own the website code?
Monthly subscription websites remain agency-owned. If ownership is important to you, the Own It plan starts at $2,500 and includes ownership of the agreed website deliverables, with optional ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support.
Is the website custom-designed?
Yes. We shape the design and development around your business, including mobile-friendly layouts and technical SEO foundations. You work directly with Manifest throughout the project.
